  • Support business analysis, feasibility assessments, and market studies to aid strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks for management reporting.

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.

  • Support annual budget preparation and financial planning activities.

  • Monitor and manage CAPEX spending throughout the financial year to ensure budget compliance.

  • Track CAPEX implementation progress and prepare completion and post-implementation reports.

  • Coordinate and follow up on all company secretarial matters to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.

  • Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems; proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization is preferred.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to details, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or business partnering is an advantage.
