This role sits at the center of marketing execution. You will own the systems and processes that move leads from first touch through sales handoff, ensuring data accuracy, clean routing, and strong conversion performance.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns and lifecycle programs within HubSpot and Salesforce.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations Lifecycle Specialist to support lead flow, lifecycle management, and conversion optimization across the funnel.
This role sits at the center of marketing execution. You will own the systems and processes that move leads from first touch through sales handoff, ensuring data accuracy, clean routing, and strong conversion performance.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns and lifecycle programs within HubSpot and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead flow from capture through MQL, SQL, and SAL stages
- Execute and optimize lead routing, assignment rules, and handoffs to SDRs and AEs
- Support and improve lead scoring models based on behavior and firmographics
- Manage list uploads, segmentation, and enrichment processes
- Ensure proper lifecycle stage progression and tracking across systems
- Build and launch landing pages, forms, and conversion paths in HubSpot
- Create and manage emails, nurtures, and automated workflows
- Run A/B tests across landing pages, forms, and email campaigns
- Continuously optimize conversion rates across key funnel stages
- Partner with content and paid teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success
- Maintain clean and accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Ensure proper UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and attribution setup
- QA forms, workflows, lists, and campaign builds before launch
- Monitor and resolve data issues related to lead flow and campaign performance
- Document processes and maintain SOPs for lifecycle and campaign execution
- Track and report on key funnel metrics (conversion rates, volume, velocity)
- Analyze performance of landing pages, emails, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
- Support Marketing Ops and RevOps with insights on lifecycle performance

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (preferred)
- Experience building landing pages, emails, workflows, and forms
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle stages and funnel metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- High attention to detail with strong QA discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute quickly
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable improvements
