• Monday - Friday: 4PM-7PM

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Macedonia, OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

• Support families through parent training and consistent communication

• Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• A passion for helping children grow and succeed

• Reliable transportation to client homes in Macedonia

• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting

• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)

• Having an active RBT certification is a plus

• Willingness to commute to your assigned learners

• In-Home experience (Preferred)

Job Details:

• Part-time: 15 hours/week PT

• Pay: $17–$22/hr
