What you will do:
We’re looking for a talented Commercial Account Manager to grow our Rockgas business in the highly competitive SME market channel. Key responsibilities will include:
- contributing to the wider business performance by identifying channel growth and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve/ exceed revenue and margin targets for our customers using cylinders and small tanks and our retic commercial customers.
- enhancing business relationships and working collaboratively with existing and potential customers to fully understand their needs and how we can best deliver on them and respond to their queries,
- managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio to maintain existing and/or build new channel relationships e.g. contract negotiation and management, call cycle management, producing sales analytics, reporting and budgets; and
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors and market trends.
