We are seeking a Delivery Specialist as we continue to change the industry. The Delivery Specialist plays an important role in providing our guests with an exceptional experience. The Delivery Specialist is tasked with assisting sales consultants with the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and ensuring each customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Must possess superior product knowledge and stay current on all available Mercedes-Benz training including certification requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Must be proficient in the demonstration of all Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing a vehicle for delivery, the gathering of books, keys, and documentation as needed for sales and finance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Strong computer skills

Pay: $16.50 / hour + bonuses based on performance
