You will:
Based in our dynamic EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are playing a crucial role in Flexport European growth plans. Especially our Growth Market France, we need someone that is very entrepreneurial and help us with the GTM Strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Own top-of-funnel prospecting:
- Build, refine, and prioritize account/contact lists in Salesforce
- Execute outbound via calling, emailing, and sequenced follow-ups
- Run SDR-supported campaigns when relevant (e.g., events, strategic plays)
- Qualify and create pipeline:
- Qualify prospects on Flexport fit and capture pain/growth drivers.
- Collaborate to win:
- Partner with AEs weekly on priorities, conversion feedback, and target accounts
- Collaborate with peers across regions to share best practices and innovate in sales development
- Take ownership of local team success and results
What you’ll bring:
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent)
- High energy; eager to learn and develop sales skills
- Grit and resilience; comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Commercial mindset; able to spot opportunities and drive value
- Commercial/sales experience (even early career)
- 6–12 months prior SDR/BDR experience (optional)
- Enthusiastic communicator; loves being on the phone and engaging customers
- Empathises with customers; can present solutions to suit their needs
- Solution oriented; thrives in a quickly adapting tech environment
