We are actively seeking candidates for a unique opportunity to join a growing team working with our products and solutions for stocks, derivatives, and foreign exchange markets. As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will be part of our Client Services team and will be responsible for assuring high standards of technical services delivered to the customers using FlexTrade’s products and solutions.

What will you be doing:

• Deploy, configure, manage, and test the client environment/system.

• Understand the workflows of large trading houses and customize the trading application to suit the client’s needs.

• Communicate and work with a global team of developers and technical leads on product issues.

• Answer email and phone calls from clients and support the client production environment on an ongoing basis.

• Help perform root cause analysis of production issues using logs, source code inspection, and database querying.

• Build tools and scripts to troubleshoot the system further.

• Integrate external applications using API in C++ / Java / Python / Java scripts.
