Job Overview
- Identify automation opportunities across our ERP landscape and evaluate impact on cost, time, and operational efficiency.
- Design, build, and maintain lightweight microservices (Python/FastAPI or Go) to connect our systems via APIs and enable reliable internal data flows.
- Troubleshoot and operate automations and services in a cloud-native setup (GitHub, containers/Kubernetes, logs, alerts).
- Collaborate with HR, ERP, Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand process requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
- Document process flows, data mappings, and best practices for long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to the development of our automation roadmap as we scale into new tools and processes.
