Responsibilities
- As the regional BD head, you will drive overall business revenue and establish the brand as a top player in the crypto platform space
- Lead and manage BD team to achieve results
- Gain insights into market changes and trends, and identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Able to management client relationships properly and professionally, and guide subordinates
- Develop and strengthen relationships with local crypto influencers to drive user acquisition through strategic partnerships
- Responsible for planning and implementing campaigns with influencers and channels
- Work closely with product, tech and FinEng team to ensure user feedback is promptly addressed and followed up
- Provide guidance and support to the team
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in any discipline
- 3+ years of business development or affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
- Proven track record of building large affiliate networks from the ground up
- Strong understanding of affiliate customer acquisition OKR and optimization methods, with the ability to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
