Te Tūranga – About the role
As an Insights & Measurement Specialist, you’ll be part of our Precision Media team. You’ll support the creation of strategic, insight led, 360 media plans that complement the client’s brand objectives and the problems we need to solve. Your role will involve planning and evaluating campaigns, assessing effectiveness and using key learnings to shape future campaign recommendations through providing insight led media solutions and evaluations.
To do this you’ll:
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to proactively support the creation of media plans.
- Gather client requirements and assist in building media insights and annual plans.
- Build category and brands insights to understand performance trends to help the Client Services team create insight led media recommendations.
- Conduct robust measurement and evaluation of media campaigns, utilising key metrics to assess effectiveness and optimise future strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Regularly capture learnings and data to facilitate measurement of value generated for each client.
- Conduct seasonal trend analysis to identify upselling opportunities and assist in formulating strategic recommendations for campaign enhancements.
- Support the delivery of media insights and recommendations to key internal business functions and stakeholders, to enable the understanding of impact and value across the Foodstuffs business.

You’ll be a qualified media or insights professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment and excels in communication. You’ll have expertise in analysing complex data sets and generating reports using advanced tools.
You’ll also have:
- Ideally 3+ years’ analytical, media, or insights experience (or relevant tertiary background/equivalent transferrable skills).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
- Understanding or interest in the FMCG and retail industry.
- Good communication skills. Able to translate data into simple stories.
- Good time‑management and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
- Comfort presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
