Te Tūranga – About the role
The Employee Experience (EEx) Programme is our co‑op‑wide modernisation of how our people and payroll experience works - simplifying systems, streamlining processes, and making work easier for our teams
To support this, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with our programme delivery and people systems teams and bring clarity to complex problems before solutions are built.
This role exists to frame the right problems, define what good looks like, and ensure system and process changes are grounded in real business and employee needs.
You’ll be involved in work such as:

Engaging with stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities

Facilitating and supporting workshops and discussions to clarify needs
-
Documenting current and future‑state processes
-
Translating business needs into clear, structured requirements
-
Supporting delivery teams by maintaining clarity as work progresses
-
Helping ensure changes land well for end users across the business

Experience working as a Business Analyst in complex or system‑heavy environments

Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong problem‑definition and analytical skills

The ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements

An interest in people, systems, and improving ways of working

A collaborative mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively
