Forbes Advisor is looking for a Native campaign manager to join the Performance Marketing team. Proven campaign management across Native platforms such as: Taboola, Outbrain, Microsoft and MediaGo is essential to be successful in this role. The role, reporting to the Native Lead, will be responsible for managing high-budget Native campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical campaign management expertise, exceptional data analysis skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset. Plus, have a proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing large-scale Native campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the performance targets of your campaigns and helping the Native team achieve their overall growth goals
  • Launch and manage multiple high-budget Native campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and Microsoft ads
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategies
  • Regularly come up with and test new ad images and copy
  • Work with the CRO team to come up with advertorial tests to drive performance uplifts
  • Test new targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in Native ads working across Taboola, Outbrain & other Native platforms
  • Proficiency in managing large-scale Native campaigns - ideally with a mix of lead-gen and eCommerce.
  • Experience launching and scaling Native campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong technical platform ability – experience with different bid strategies, audience targeting and other platform features.
  • Proven ability to creative winning ad images and headlines.
  • Able to write advertorial copy which achieves campaign goals.
  • Experience analysing large data sets to make data driven campaign management decisions.
  • Ability to co-ordinate with internal teams and external platforms.
