Supervisor, Estimator

As the Estimating Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team of estimators while actively contributing to the quoting process. You’ll be both a coach and a player—driving strategy, improving processes, and ensuring accurate, timely proposals that meet customer needs. Your work will combine technical expertise with leadership, helping customers receive the right solutions based on application, product capabilities, and aesthetics.

You will Think Fast by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, speed, and customer experience. You will Work It Together by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver seamless support. And you will Make the Hard Call by balancing priorities, managing resources, and guiding your team toward success.

Position location: This role is based in Pine Grove, PA.

What you will be doing

• Provide strategic direction for the estimating function, including process improvements that boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ estimators through coaching, training, and goal-setting.
• Own internal estimating tools and strategy, partnering with IT for enhancements.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and AutoCAD isometric drawings for structures and door/window projects.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Project Management to review bids, complete take-offs, and provide quotes for spec projects.
• Partner with internal teams—Sales, Engineers, Drafters—to gather project details and deliver timely, accurate quotes.
• Support Inside Sales and Project Management teams to create a strong client support network.
• Guide estimators in their professional development while ensuring departmental quotas are met.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to grow market share and improve customer experience.
