FBIN is preparing for growth within our Product Management organization and expects to open multiple Associate Product Manager (2+ years) and Product Manager (5+ years) roles beginning in early 2026. This requisition is part of our Product Management Talent Pool, allowing you to express interest in future openings across our Water, Outdoors, and Security business units.

Who We’re Looking For: Individuals with experience managing or supporting physical products—including consumer goods, durable goods, building materials, or manufacturing environments. Experience with stage-gate processes, product development, commercialization, or end-to-end lifecycle work is strongly preferred.
(Candidates with digital/software-only product experience will not be aligned with these roles.)
POSITION LOCATION:This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
What You May Do:
- Support or lead the development of product strategies that drive category and channel growth.
- Contribute to or manage all phases of the product lifecycle—from insights and concepting to launch and optimization.
- Use customer insights, data, and market trends to guide decisions.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Finance.
- Support or lead product line reviews, pricing, roadmap planning, and go-to-market readiness.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP for analysis and storytelling.
- Minimal travel may be required for plant visits, research, or key partner meetings.
