Manufacturing Picker

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Select and retrieve order items from storage shelves or designated locations by using barcodes, serial numbers, SKU, etc. Picked items along with the tray can vary between 15-50 lbs. The tray must be picked up from table and set to cart for distribution
• Update stock inventory after retrieving picked items
• Managing stock control, including item replenishing and storage
• Perform general warehouse duties when necessary.
• Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understand and read basic English because the picking sheets are in English. 
• Must be able to multitask.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form is required
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• The employee frequently is required to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
