Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Database Pricing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing master data, implementing annual price increases, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and product information in our ERP systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing and correcting errors to maintain the integrity of various business processes. Position location: Deerfield, IL - Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

What you will be doing

• Manage all pricing master data requirements as it pertains to pricing, implementing annual price increase into the computer, discount structures, customer net prices, sales deals, deviations and exclusions.
• Analyze and correct pricing and product errors in the foundation to maintain the integrity of Order Entry, Sales/Bex Reporting, Accounts Receivable, and Distribution.  
• Responsible for the validation and processing of customer’s requests for price credits, within 48 business hours of receipt
• Responsible for the generation of pricing reports, as well as generation and distribution of customer price sheets
• Run and review daily audits files
• Analyze audits from   customer accounts utilizing ERP data dumps and power pivots in Excel
• Run Ad-Hoc reports and manage projects as required.
