Product Manager
Full-time Not ApplicableJob Overview
Fortune Brands is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Valve and Cartridge product line within our Moen water brand.
Every Moen faucet, shower, and bath product depends on a valve or cartridge to assembly effortlessly, seal perfectly, and provide the ideal tactile feel over years of use. This core technology serves as the foundation for our water control systems. As Product Manager, you will play a critical role in generating the growth and success of Valves and Cartridges and, consequently, Moen water products as a whole.
You will shape product strategies by aligning product offerings, channels, and pricing in ways that meet both customer and business needs. You propose strategic direction, drive the roadmap, and watch your decisions show up on shelves and in people’s homes.
This role calls for curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful analysis to understand market trends and customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop meaningful strategies, communicate shared goals, and contribute to outcomes that strengthen market presence over time. This entails a strong business acumen with a technical aptitude to become a SME of the inner workings of Valves and Cartridges and the products they interface with.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with a deep understanding of fluid-control technologies and consumer-facing products. They can translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and technical requirements into a compelling product strategy, while partnering with engineering teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and market-leading plumbing or fluid-control solutions.
