ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Value Creation Specialist to help maximize the impact and performance of organizations within the Foundry for Good portfolio. This role focuses on translating our sector expertise, network, and operational capabilities into tangible improvements for portfolio companies, ensuring newly invested or acquired organizations rapidly unlock growth, efficiency, and mission impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement structured value-creation initiatives across newly acquired or invested organizations

  • Identify operational, revenue, partnership, and strategic growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to execute improvements in marketing, sales, operations, and product

  • Deploy internal expertise, teams, and networks to accelerate portfolio performance

  • Document and formalize repeatable playbooks for onboarding, scaling, and operational improvement

  • Track KPIs and business metrics to measure progress and impact

  • Drive cross-portfolio collaboration and knowledge sharing

SETUP

  • This is a work-from-home setup

  • Target of 42.5 billable hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in VC, PE, or related investment/portfolio roles

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role

  • Proven track record of success in prior roles, supported by academic and professional achievements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

BENEFITS

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days your cash out is worth about $300.

*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
