FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Client relations Specialist in Mexico.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Specialist to provide top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fast issue resolution, and ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
  • Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry.
  • Native Spanish and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within Latam.
  • High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.

Will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
