About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the company.
This role focuses on maintaining organized financial records, tracking sales and expenses, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly sales, revenue, and expenses
- Ensure alignment between sales orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Follow up on missing invoices, documents, and payments
- Record and track expenses on a regular basis
- Support maintaining accurate data in Odoo (Accounting & CRM)
- Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and financial data are up to date
- Prepare simple reports on revenue, expenses, and activity status
- Assist in organizing documents for accounting, VAT, and audits
