- Take full accountability for the commercial performance and overall success of the store.
- Drive sales and operational performance through effective commercial decision-making.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and business objectives.
- Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Retail Supervisors through clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.
- Partner closely with the Store Manager, acting on feedback and delivering against agreed targets and deadlines.
- Identify high-potential talent within the team and support structured development and progression plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilise business communication tools to manage task completion and ensure teams fully understand key responsibilities.
- Maintain effective wage control on a weekly basis, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
