Experimentation Specialist
Full-time ExecutiveJob Overview
As an Experimentation Specialist, you will be part of a team dedicated to improving decision making through experimentation across the business. Reporting to the Senior Experimentation Manager, this role focuses on strengthening experimentation thinking, defining goals and measures of success, and supporting teams to use experimentation as a learning and decision-making tool regardless of channel, platform, or execution method.
This role goes beyond classic on-site optimisation. You will help teams frame problems, define success metrics, interpret results, and embed experimentation into their ways of working across Product, Trade, Personalisation, Content, and Marketing.

- Support experimentation activity across multiple channels and platforms, not limited to on-site optimisation or CRO.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business questions into effective experimentation approaches.
- Support analysis and interpretation of experiment results, helping teams draw clear, actionable insights.
- Present insights and learnings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way, supporting confident decision making.
