Videographer

We’re looking for a Videographer to join our Learning & Development team to create high-quality, engaging content for L&D and internal communications. This role will also support departments across the business teams and our brand partners You’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience for our global workforce.

• Film and edit videos for L&D, internal communications and social media.
• Add graphics, transitions, branding and motion effects to elevate content quality.
• Produce short-form content including TikToks, reels, vlogs and promos.
• Capture and edit event footage for post-event publication.
• Create supporting digital assets such as social graphics, story content and GIFs.
• Operate a range of production equipment including cameras, lighting and audio.
• Follow briefs and brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
• Maintain high production standards, continually improving video style and quality.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and post-production schedules.
• Adapt to changing requirements and work occasionally on evenings/weekends for events.
• Travel when required.
