• Demonstrate product application and support beauty consultations or services where applicable.
• Bring brand activations, events, and promotions to life, encouraging trial and discovery.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, new launches, and the latest beauty trends.
• Keep counters and displays fully stocked, immaculate, and visually inspiring.
• Step in to support tills or other departments to keep the customer journey seamless.
• Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Represent Flannels and our beauty brand partners to the highest standard, in service and in presentation.
