Oversee and support clients with accounting, including managing transaction entry, clean-up, and month-end close processes.

Manage and train junior accountants to foster a high-performance team environment, including provide feedback for growth and development.

Be the main client contact and person responsible for client service.

Review monthly financial statements for business owners and stakeholders.

Formulate customized solutions for clients based on client data and goals.

Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Train and mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work and providing feedback.

Review reconciliations, bill payments, payrolls, and sales tax returns.

Stay informed on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements to proactively advise clients.

Optimize workflow processes by following best practices to maximize efficiency and reduce errors

Deliver high-quality work on time, consistently exceeding client expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

CPA license preferred
-
10+ years of experience in industry accounting or public accounting consulting

Experience managing and developing staff

Experience serving family offices preferred

Experience working with real estate management groups preferred

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Sage Intacct required
- Experience with Xero preferred

Ability to design and implement efficient, scalable accounting processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
