3. **Store Operations:**

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.

4. **Sales and Marketing:**

  • Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

5. **Quality Control:**

  • Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
