The General Manager oversees the overall operations, growth, and profitability of all franchise brands under the master franchise portfolio. This role ensures that all stores operate in alignment with brand standards, and legal requirements, while leading strategies for business development, franchise partner support, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet growth, sales, and profitability targets across all brands.
  • Ensure alignment of local operations with international franchisor guidelines and brand standards.
  • Identify market opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across company-owned and franchise-operated outlets.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, service, and customer experience.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the master franchise and franchise partners.
  • Provide operational support, training, and guidance to franchisees to maintain brand integrity.
  • Monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with franchise agreements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop senior managers and department heads.
  • Foster a strong company culture that promotes accountability, service excellence, and teamwork.
  • Ensure proper manpower planning, recruitment, and training across all operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, labor, and local government regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchisors, regulatory agencies, and suppliers.
