Job Title: Franchise Relations Officer
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 6 PM
Location: Quezon City
Job Summary:
The Franchise Relations Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities that support the growth and expansion goals of Fredley Group of Companies. This role involves conducting market research, building partnerships, managing franchise leads, and assisting in the development of strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand portfolio and business footprint.
Essential Responsibility and Function:
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
Evaluate potential business ventures, partnerships, and franchise opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Prepare feasibility studies, business proposals, and market insights to support decision-making.
Manage franchise inquiries and lead generation activities through various channels (digital, events, referrals, etc.).
Assist in screening and evaluating franchise applicants based on company criteria and standards.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams in preparing franchise documents, agreements, and onboarding requirements.
Monitor franchise performance and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and potential brand expansion opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure proper alignment in business development projects.
Represent the company in external meetings, trade events, and networking activities to build brand visibility and potential business links.
Maintain an organized database of business leads, contacts, and proposals.
Prepare regular business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Track progress of ongoing business projects and recommend strategic actions to meet targets.
Contribute to the creation and enhancement of business development policies, systems, and processes.
Provide support in project management, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination for new business initiatives.
Assist in identifying growth areas and recommending innovations or improvements for existing brands and operations.
