- Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects aligned with brand strategy and organizational goals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time to accomplish strategic objectives.

- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and evolves with the identity of each brand
- Think of ideas and produces graphic art and visual materials to effectively communicate marketing efforts
- Come up with different creatives which includes, but not limited to, illustrations, logos and collaterals
- Prepares rough drafts and present ideas
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Creates marketing material for a wide range of products
- Prepares designs for both print and web publications
- Generate new designs for branding purposes
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work with Marketing Manager to produce final design
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality design.
- Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of the work.
- Amend designs after feedback
