  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects aligned with brand strategy and organizational goals
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time to accomplish strategic objectives.

  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and evolves with the identity of each brand
  • Think of ideas and produces graphic art and visual materials to effectively communicate marketing efforts
  • Come up with different creatives which includes, but not limited to, illustrations, logos and collaterals
  • Prepares rough drafts and present ideas
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Creates marketing material for a wide range of products
  • Prepares designs for both print and web publications
  • Generate new designs for branding purposes
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Work with Marketing Manager to produce final design
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality design.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of the work.
  • Amend designs after feedback
