Senior SEO & Cybersecurity Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SEO Consultant with proven experience in handling SEO crises caused by cybersecurity breaches. The consultant will be responsible for auditing, diagnosing, and recovering the SEO performance of a WordPress website compromised by multiple attacks, as well as developing a long-term protection and recovery strategy.

Duties/Tasks to Perform:

• Conduct a comprehensive site audit focused on identifying the consequences of recent cyberattacks.
• Detect and document critical SEO issues such as indexing errors, keyword cannibalization, toxic backlinks, broken redirects, and other technical failures.
• Prepare and clearly present a “damage report” accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to the internal team during the implementation of recommended fixes.
• Develop a short, medium, and long-term SEO recovery plan.
• Recommend preventive technical and structural security measures to avoid future incidents.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Search Console: coverage, indexing, performance, error tracking, and validation.
• Advanced SEO auditing skills: technical, on-page, and off-page.
• Web development knowledge (ideally PHP, HTML, JS) to detect and fix technical vulnerabilities.
• Web cybersecurity expertise: ability to identify exploited breaches, eliminate infections, and strengthen the site’s structure.
• Advanced WordPress management: secure configuration, technical optimization, plugin management.
• SEO recovery strategy design: focused on restoring rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
