Job Overview

Mission:

To provide efficient, organized, and proactive remote administrative support, facilitating day-to-day operations and internal communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and adaptability to help meet the team's operational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
  • Sort and organize emails, apply labels, and flag important messages.
  • Perform non-sensitive data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Structure and rename digital files for better accessibility.
  • Research and coordinate travel options (flights, accommodations, transportation).
  • Schedule social media posts and engage with general audience comments.
  • Format and edit blog posts using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
  • Compare products, services, tools, or vendors.
  • Research events such as conferences, networking opportunities, or virtual summits.
  • Assist with online shopping by identifying deals or alternative products.
  • Research wellness topics, including fitness routines and healthy meal ideas.
  • Suggest gift ideas for special occasions and holidays.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in organizing and managing digital documents and files.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud storage platforms.
  • Capable of gathering, analyzing, and presenting information effectively.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and responsible handling of information.
  • Availability for 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
  • Remote work capability.
  • Criminal background check required.
