Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in audit assignments from start to finish, including:
- Performing audit fieldwork, documenting, and compiling audit working papers.
- Identifying issues, presenting audit findings and recommendations, and conducting follow-up actions while meeting tight deadlines.
- Reviewing audit reports.
- Apply a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, such as MFRS, IFRS, MPERS, CA 2016, and ISA.
- Supervise Assurance Associates and facilitate team needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication with peers, superiors, and external parties.

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or hold a full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA(A), or CIMA).
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ProSystem fx Engagement is an added advantage.
- Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and travel.
