What You'll Do:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical, operations, data, and subject-matter expert roles.
- Partner with engineering and technical leaders to understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Translate technical and functional requirements into clear job postings and candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search techniques, pipeline building, and outreach.
- Manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication.
- Support structured interview processes and coordinate candidate progression from initial outreach through offer.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates to ensure a dynamic and transparent hiring experience.
- Track and support recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and candidate conversion.
- Contribute to Fusion’s employer brand by helping articulate what we are building and why the work matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers within assigned teams, with guidance from the People team.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Help deliver people programs including performance reviews and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with employee experience efforts that foster connection, clarity, and belonging
Who You Are:
- 3 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with exposure to technical roles such as engineering, product, or data
- Hands-on experience sourcing and managing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, including comfort with advanced filters and search techniques
- Experience working in an ATS, preferably Rippling, with strong attention to data accuracy and follow-through
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support structured, fair interview processes
- Curious and growth-oriented, with a desire to learn new technologies, domains, and recruiting approaches
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once
- Thoughtful communicator who values a strong candidate experience and clear expectations
- Resourceful and proactive, with a track record of improving processes and leaving systems better than you found them
- Motivated by Fusion’s mission and excited to help build teams and technology in a sector ready for innovation
Additional Details:
- This is an on-site (hybrid), full-time, salaried position. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

- It is not expected that applicants have any familiarity with Fusion’s proprietary applications, Healthcare software, or Corrections/Public Health business processes. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate related experience and transferable skills that will work well with the Fusion team.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $80,000-95,000
