Senior Manager – Data & Analytics Transformation (Pharma)

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead the business requirements and KPI alignment workstream within a large-scale, multi-year enterprise data warehouse and analytics transformation program. In this role, you will play a critical part in translating complex, cross-functional business needs into clear, actionable requirements that empower data ingestion, modeling, and reporting teams to deliver scalable solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead global business discovery and requirements activities across regions and domains 
• Establish structured approaches for capturing use cases, KPIs, business rules, and reporting needs 
• Drive KPI and business-rule alignment across markets while managing justified local deviations 
• Own the end-to-end requirements backlog and prioritization in close collaboration with stakeholders 
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and technically feasible before build starts 
• Act as senior interface between business, data engineering, analytics, and governance teams 
• Support executive decision-making by providing evidence-based inputs for prioritization
