Business Process & Analytics Senior Manager (Pharma)

We are looking for a Business Process & Analytics Senior Manager to serve as a domain expert within a global data and analytics transformation in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will ensure that business processes, KPIs, and analytical outputs accurately reflect real-world operations, providing critical insight to guide solution design and prevent misinterpretation of business logic.

• Provide expert input on business processes, decision flows, and KPI intent
• Validate analytical requirements and KPI definitions from a business perspective
• Explain regional or domain-specific nuances, constraints, and variations
• Support alignment discussions by distinguishing essential differences from legacy practices
• Act as an escalation point for complex questions around business rules or interpretation
