- Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all project members.
