Senior SAP MDM Consultant with SAP QM/MM Background

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with a strong background in SAP QM and SAP MM to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep functional knowledge of quality and materials management processes with advanced expertise in master data governance and SAP data structures.

As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in designing, governing, and optimizing master data frameworks across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with procurement, quality, and supply chain operations.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the design, governance, and lifecycle management of SAP master data.
• Act as the functional authority for master data within SAP MM and SAP QM, ensuring alignment between data structures and end-to-end business processes (procurement, inventory management, quality inspection, release processes, etc.).
• Oversee and execute data migration, cleansing, harmonization, and validation activities during SAP implementations, rollouts, or system upgrades.
• Define and implement master data governance frameworks, workflows, roles, and approval processes.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across quality and procurement domains.
• Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust MDM solutions.
• Support and optimize master data configuration within SAP MM and SAP QM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex master data issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and data stewards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline master data processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practices for SAP MDM processes.
