IT Infrastructure Project Manager – PKI Automation & Certificate Management

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate automation for both Operational Technology (OT) and IT environments. The project involves integrating KeyOn, AppViewX, and ServiceNow for automated certificate lifecycle management, secure code signing, compliance documentation, and handover to managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of global certificate and secure access automation across IT & OT
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows and tooling for certificate management
• Implement certificate monitoring, CMDB mapping, and secure code signing
• Guide the development of SOPs, compliance documentation (e.g., BSDS, IQ, URS), and knowledge articles
• Coordinate smooth handover to IAM Managed Services for business-as-usual operations
• Provide regular reporting to the steering committee, highlighting risks and progress
• Manage project budget, resources, milestones, and stakeholder communications
