Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Security & Certificate Automation (IAM/Cybersecurity)

We’re seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the global rollout of a solution focused on automated certificate lifecycle management and secure system access, across both Operational Technology (OT) and IT environments.

This project involves integrating platforms like ServiceNow, AppViewX, and KeyOn to automate public key infrastructure (PKI) processes, enhance compliance, and enable a sustainable handover to Managed Services.

While specific PKI experience is beneficial, we welcome profiles with solid experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or secure systems integration — particularly in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, finance, or biotech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of global certificate and secure access automation across IT & OT
• Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows and tooling for certificate management
• Implement certificate monitoring, CMDB mapping, and secure code signing
• Guide the development of SOPs, compliance documentation (e.g., BSDS, IQ, URS), and knowledge articles
• Coordinate smooth handover to IAM Managed Services for business-as-usual operations
• Provide regular reporting to the steering committee, highlighting risks and progress
• Manage project budget, resources, milestones, and stakeholder communications
