AI Solutions Architect

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Solution Architect to join our agile, fast-paced AI innovation team. This role is crucial in evaluating and implementing off-the-shelf AI tools across business functions, enabling rapid AI adoption. You’ll work closely with business analysts, the scrum master, and the core AI team to assess AI solution feasibility and integration while documenting challenges for future custom AI development.

Our client works in the technology sector, helping enterprise teams streamline operations through AI-powered solutions. This project is a high-priority initiative focused on accelerating AI adoption through practical, scalable, and well-documented implementations.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.

Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST). 

The Ideal Candidate Has: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
• 5+ years of experience in AI solution architecture or related fields.
• Proven track record evaluating, recommending, and implementing off-the-shelf AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to build frameworks for software assessment.
• Proficiency in communicating technical needs across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with business units to identify challenges addressable through AI.
• Evaluate commercial AI tools for feasibility, impact, and readiness.
• Partner with business analysts to develop rubrics for evaluating and recommending AI tools within budget.
• Work with the AI team to document business problems for potential custom-built AI solutions.
• Guide integration of selected tools into daily workflows to ensure adoption success.
• Deliver reports and presentations summarizing AI tool evaluations, decisions, and outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for solution alignment.
