What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and prospects. You’ll balance nurturing existing relationships with converting new inbound leads from marketing into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted partner for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ goals and providing proactive solutions.
- Handle incoming leads from marketing, guiding them through discovery, qualification, and initial conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling services.
- Track client satisfaction and implement feedback processes to continuously improve.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on client engagement and pipeline progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (outsourcing/agency experience is a big plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a bonus).
- People-first mindset: Strong ability to build relationships and problem-solve with empathy.
- Business acumen: Understanding of outsourcing, B2B services, or IT-related solutions.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and leads at once.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms, communication tools, and reporting dashboards.
