We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in developing scalable enterprise solutions, and the ability to lead technical projects within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of practical experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud), along with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and messaging protocols such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• A good understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools, including Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams or manage complex projects successfully.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Uzbek and Russian (English skills are an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in the banking/fintech industry or involvement in financial systems.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices applicable to banking applications.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
