Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Location: Fully Remote
Reports To: Recruiting Manager / Operations Leadership

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Remote Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual must excel in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a variety of industries. Strong communication skills, excellent English fluency, and superior computer literacy are essential. This is a production-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates using multiple platforms: job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and internal ATS.
  • Build, maintain, and organize talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Identify passive candidates and engage them professionally and effectively.

Recruiting & Candidate Management

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Assess candidates’ experience, skills, culture fit, and readiness for placement.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and job offers.
  • Maintain detailed candidate notes and records within the ATS/CRM.

Communication & Client Alignment

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.
  • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand job requirements thoroughly to recruit the right candidate profiles.
  • Act as a brand ambassador—representing the company professionally to all candidates.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Track recruiting metrics and daily activity goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Manage job postings, applicant flow, and pipeline movement across all platforms.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting.
  • ATS/CRM experience (Bullhorn, Avionté, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong Boolean search abilities.
  • Experience filling hard-to-find skilled trade, healthcare, or technical roles.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Must provide own reliable internet, computer, and equipment for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly performance expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Must be available for one of the following schedules:
    • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
    • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
