We are currently looking to hire a Documentation Executive, Shipping to join our Dry Cargo team.

Job Description

• Manage the full range of shipping documents for process that involve ports, customs, and stevedores

• Liaise with principals, vessel operators, consignees, and shippers

• Coordinate document-specific activities with consignees

• Prepare and handle BL and manifest for export documentation, export orders, and delivery orders

• Calculate local port charges and landing charges for export and import shipments

• Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance etc.)
