Marine Representative / Ship Agent

As a Marine Representative / Ship Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating vessel operations, ensuring smooth port activities, and managing all agency‑related requirements for vessels calling at Walvis Bay. You will liaise with port authorities, service providers, principals, and vessel crew to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely service delivery.

Duties will include:

·       Coordinating all operational aspects of vessel port calls from pre‑arrival to post‑departure.

·       Managing documentation, clearances, and communication with principals and stakeholders.

·       Liaising with port authorities, terminals, vendors, and vessel crew.

·       Handling cargo operations, bunkering, IPL/OPL calls, and Oil & Gas/Energy project vessels.

·       Ensuring efficient turnaround and smooth operational execution for all assigned vessels.

·       Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent service excellence.

·       Providing accurate and timely updates to principals and internal teams.
