Meet & Greet Agent (Guyana National Only)

As a vital member of our Personnel Logistics team, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients arriving onshore. Your role is to ensure they are received promptly, guided efficiently, and transferred smoothly to their accommodations or designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate logistics professionally and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for arriving expats and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.

• Coordinate and facilitate timely transportation from airports to hotels or offshore locations.

• Ensure smooth check-in processes by liaising with hotel and transportation teams.

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding schedules and any changes.

• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality at all times.

• Take responsibility for the condition and proper use of company vehicles during assignments.
