Operations Supervisor - Eastham

GAC UK is looking for candidates for the role of Operations Supervisor within our Marine and Terminal Services (MATS) team to be based in Eastham. Could it be you?

The key responsibilities are:

• Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and managing priorities to ensure efficient delivery of service

• Manage staffing levels through effective rostering and workforce planning to meet operational demands

• Train and develop team members to deliver high performance and meet operational objectives

• Complete site training to enable operational cover when required

• Maintain safe and compliant operations through completion of audits, competency checks and risk assessments

• Act as a key customer contact and contribute to business development activities to expand customer base
