Engineering Manager

About the Role 

We are building the next generation of our Edge Network platform and are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead teams developing high-performance edge systems. Edge network are computing and networking capabilities deployed close to end users and includes CDN, security, compute, dns, traffic management services. Our stack includes nginx/C/lua, Rust, eBPF, a lot of Go services powering configuration pipeline, orchestration, observability, log delivery. This role blends people leadership with strong technical expertise - you will coach engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure reliable, performant delivery. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams working on Edge Networking services. 
• Partner with Product and SRE to deliver scalable, high-reliability systems. 
• Guide technical design and implementation across data/management/control planes. 
• Ensure high engineering standards in code quality, architecture, and operations. 
• Drive hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development. 
• Build a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence.
