Junior Hardware Support Engineer

What You will Do:

• Maintain and own the Stock Refill process to ensure timely availability of hardware components.
• Manage and maintain hardware spare parts stock, tracking inventory levels and replenishment needs.
• Maintain and update the warranty information database for all hardware assets.
• Maintain and update the FFC (Form-Fit-Function Class) database for hardware spare parts. 
• Handle and coordinate RMA (Return Material Authorization) cases, ensuring efficient resolution with vendors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware GI (Global Infrastructure) issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Document all processes, changes, and resolutions accurately to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hardware management workflows and best practices.
