- Responsibility for full lifecycle hiring process for QA specialist roles for entry/junior level:
- Reviewing applications
- Conducting phone and/or video interviews
- Arranging and (if needed) taking part in F2F interviews
- Offer preparation
- Taking part in external events, career fairs to promote the company and develop candidate pipeline as appropriate
- Keeping high level of stakeholders satisfaction
- Exploring other candidates pipeline opportunities
