Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for full lifecycle hiring process for QA specialist roles for entry/junior level:
• Reviewing applications
• Conducting phone and/or video interviews
• Arranging and (if needed) taking part in F2F interviews
• Offer preparation
• Taking part in external events, career fairs to promote the company and develop candidate pipeline as appropriate
• Keeping high level of stakeholders satisfaction
• Exploring other candidates pipeline opportunities
